Brasserie de Silly is a local Belgian brewery known for its artisanal, family-owned beer production. I worked with them over several years to develop and maintain a daily content presence across social platforms. The mission: increase engagement, grow their online community, and highlight their brewing know-how. I produced original content for Instagram, Facebook and the brand’s website, including iPhone-based photo and video shoots, newsletters, and blog articles.

As the sole content creator on the project, I managed the content calendar via Notion, handled copywriting, and shaped the brand’s tone across all channels. The editorial approach combined product storytelling with everyday lifestyle cues, reinforcing the brewery’s identity in a warm, authentic and consistent way.
